Description

A barista creates a memorable customer experience by providing fast, friendly service and consistent, quality products. A barista is also responsible for performing all job duties according to company procedures in order to create an efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and connect with each guest
Seek opportunities to educate guests about our products
Suggestively sell gifts cards and other products that benefit our business and guests
Process all transactions in a timely and friendly manner
Manage cash drawer
Prepare all orders according to brand recipes with both speed and accuracy
Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment and workstations
Open and close store according to company procedures

Qualifications

A passion for people
Excellent communication skills
Commitment to master brand recipes and techniques
Energetic, fast-paced, flexible work style
Ability to learn quickly, problem solve, and multi-task
Dependability
Ability to be on feet for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
