This is what your day may look like:

Manage Delivery and/or Shuttle
Work closely with other transportation managers, ensuring routes and deliveries are accurately executed.
Ensure safety processes and procedures are met or exceeded by inspecting equipment, logs, DVIR's, and Hours of service records.
Be a positive self-starter that thrives working alone and in a team environment.
Ability to inspire and recruit team members, providing training as needed.
Manage a team of independent professional contractors.
Manage and monitor performance metrics- including survey and safety scores.
Work with all levels of management to build a positive work environment and improve team morale.
Interact heavily with Store Management, Customer Care and other departments within clients' operations on a daily basis.
Monitor all deliveries and routes in DispatchTrack from start to finish.

What we require:

Minimum 2 years of logistics management experience
Expertise in logistics management procedures and best practices
Strong problem solving and leadership skills
Knowledge of DOT laws and regulations
Ability to work flex schedule and be on call as needed
Company travel up to 50%
