Listening to your needs and preferences before matching you with assignments

Offering free, online training that covers trauma-informed teaching, classroom management, and more
Designating a Scoot consultant to support your subbing journey - Most of our consultants used to be teachers so they can share teaching advice.

Youll need:

Associate or Bachelors degree, or 60+ college credits
Three professional references with one by a previous direct supervisor
Background Check (well cover the cost of this!)
A passion for education and putting students first
An empathetic nature, a growth mindset, and a drive to be the best you can be
