Body Shop Receptionist-Full-time

We are looking for a Body Shop Receptionist to provide administrative and clerical services at our company. Reed- Lallier Chevrolet seeks professionals who possess a positive attitude and who is eager to join our winning team.

POSITION DUTIES:

Answer all incoming calls in a prompt, polite, professional manner
Maintains and files repair orders
Maintain Body shop's receivable schedule
Assist with insurance companies
Performs clerical duties as assigned including filing , faxing, and copying
Maintains and order supplies for the Body Shop Dept.
Handles customer's complaints with integrity and with professionalism
Maintains a professional appearance and clean work area
Research any invoice problems for AR customers
Maintain assigned schedules
Any additional duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience preferred, not required
Detail oriented
Great communication skills
Positive attitude
Team player
Able to multi-task
