This is a full-time, salaried, in-office position based in Carrollton, TX, reporting directly to the Vice President of Design & Construction.

About the opportunity

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the complete administrative management of all brand projects, including all files, budgets, and schedules. This position coordinates all team meetings, manages vendor contracts and NDAs, and assists Project Managers (PMs) and Construction Managers (CMs) with tracking and compliance, including annual FDD updates.

How you will make a difference

Project Coordination & Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (PMs, CMs), external partners (General Contractors, designers, architects), and franchisees. Schedule, coordinate, and document all team meetings.
Project Controls & Administration: Assist with budget and schedule tracking. Manage all project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and purchase orders. Maintain all electronic project files.
Vendor & Financial Management: Process all vendor invoices and monthly Pay Applications. Maintain all vendor NDA and contract files.
Project Closeout & Compliance: Assist in compiling project closeout materials and support the preparation of yearly FDD updates.

A strong candidate will have

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role, specifically within the construction industry.
Basic ability to read and understand construction documents.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Smartsheet, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency with AVID accounting software; familiarity with NetSuite.

The pay range for this role is:
70,000 - 70,000 USD per year(Carrollton, TX)
