We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Jacksonville, TX. This full-time position plays a key role in producing high-quality finished products through proper surface preparation, undercoating, and topcoat application.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply undercoats and topcoats using air-powered paint sprayers
Measure, mix, and apply paint according to proper paint ratios
Experience with automotive body fillers, such as Bondo.
Ensure consistent quality and finish with attention to detail and precision
Clean and maintain painting equipment
Follow OSHA safety standards, including PPE usage
Operate forklifts as needed
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of industrial or manufacturing painting experience (preferred)
Strong knowledge of paint application techniques and mixing procedures
Familiarity with OSHA requirements and safe work practices
Ability to operate paint sprayers and forklifts safely and effectively
Self-motivated, reliable, and open to learning
Team player with strong communication skills
High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
