About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at GoalPoint Behavior Group, you'll be an essential part of our in-clinic team, working directly with children diagnosed with autism and related developmental needs. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll help implement individualized therapy plans that lead to meaningful skill development and behavior change. Our clinic provides a supportive, structured environment designed for both clinical excellence and team collaboration.

What You'll Do

Provide direct 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in our clinic setting
Follow detailed behavior intervention plans developed and overseen by a BCBA
Use evidence-based teaching strategies to promote skill acquisition in communication, social interaction, and adaptive living
Accurately record session data and complete documentation in our electronic health record system
Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions
Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment for clients
Collaborate with clinic team members to ensure consistency and quality of care

Qualifications

willingness to complete RBT certification prior to start date through company provided certification course or approved certification course or Active RBT certification.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred)
Experience working with children, especially in a clinical or educational setting, is preferred
Compassionate, reliable, and highly attentive to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based clinic environment
Ability to pass a background check and complete CPR/First Aid certification
Must have reliable transportation to our clinic location
