What Youll Receive:

$18.50/hour for experienced caregivers
$21$23/hour for on-call/stand-by shifts (with mileage reimbursement)
Weekly pay via direct deposit
Health, dental, life, and vision insurance (after 90 days includes Kaiser, Blue Shield, and Mediexcel)

Client matching based on your strengths and preferences

Requirements to Apply:

At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience
Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
Negative TB test within the past 2 years
Reliable transportation across San Diego County
Basic English communication skills
Smartphone access for documentation and communication
