Business Development / Sales Representative Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Business Development / Sales Representative to expand our presence in the Jacksonville market. This role combines relationship building, cold-calling, neighborhood outreach, and networking to generate new business. What You’ll Do as Business Development / Sales Representative

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, neighborhood canvassing, and community outreach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, business owners, realtors, and insurance professionals.

Present and explain roofing services to potential clients in a clear, professional manner.

Follow up on leads, schedule inspections, and close sales.

Represent Bigfoot Roofing at local events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Collaborate with our operations team to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to project completion.

What We’re Looking For in a Business Development / Sales Representative

Previous sales, business development, or related experience (roofing/construction industry experience is a plus, but not required).

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with in-person outreach, cold calling, and door-to-door conversations.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
