We’re looking for an HR Generalist with an emphasis on recruitment and employee retention to join our growing HR team. This individual will play a key role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent while supporting general HR functions across the organization. What You’ll Do: Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting through onboarding. Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative channels. Screen, and coordinate the selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the company. Support general HR functions including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits administration as needed. Maintain HRIS and recruitment metrics, providing regular reporting and insights. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of HR experience, with a background in recruitment. Knowledge of HR laws, best practices, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
