Position Overview
This is a part-time Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position working approximately 2–3 days per week in our Merrillville, IN, clinic environment.
Unlike traditional BCBA roles:
-There is no assigned caseload
-No responsibility for managing a large client load
-No direct employee management responsibilities
Instead, this role focuses on:
-Assisting with RBT supervision and support
-Clinical collaboration
-Providing mentorship and guidance
-Supporting clinic operations and additional assigned projects/tasks
This is a primarily in-person role due to the hands-on support needed within the clinic environment. Limited remote flexibility may be available for the right candidate after demonstrating strong performance and independence in the role.
What You’ll Do
-Support and assist with RBT supervision
-Provide clinical guidance and collaboration within the ABA team
-Assist with maintaining quality and consistency of programming
-Participate in clinic-based support activities
-Complete additional administrative or clinical support tasks as assigned
-Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary team members
Schedule & Flexibility
-Part-time schedule: approximately 2–3 days per week
-Primarily clinic-based/in-person
-Potential for occasional remote work flexibility based on performance and operational needs

Qualifications
-Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
-Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
-Strong communication and collaboration skills
-Ability to provide supportive clinical guidance to RBTs
-Experience in ABA services preferred
-Supervisory experience welcomed but not required
