About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Virtual Client Care Specialist to join our Administrative Team. In this pivotal hourly, full-time role, you'll utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide outstanding support to our clients in a virtual environment. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively within an administrative framework that ensures the best client experience.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate assistance via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring satisfaction throughout every interaction.
- Collaborate with administrative and other internal teams to escalate and address client issues effectively.
- Maintain and update client records with detailed and accurate information.
- Proactively identify client needs and recommend solutions or services that align with their requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality guidelines while handling sensitive client information.
- Monitor and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction and response times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a client-facing or customer service role, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.
- Excellent proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing client records and tasks.
- Comfortable using technology and virtual communication platforms such as email, chat software, and client management systems.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability in a remote work environment.
- Availability to work a full-time hourly schedule with flexibility to adapt to client needs.
