We are currently hiring a Quality Inspector for an engaging 10-month, full-time contract role within the aerospace industry—located in Wichita, Kansas, a global epicenter for aircraft manufacturing and innovation. As a Quality Inspector, you’ll be a key player in ensuring that high-precision aerospace components meet the industry’s most rigorous safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with technical work instructions and industry standards
- Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Perform detailed product and component inspections
- Maintain strong collaboration with fellow team members to support smooth operations
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in aerospace manufacturing
- Proficiency with hand precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Strong attention to detail and a natural eye for quality
- A solid commitment to safety and following protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Flexibility to work overtime and commit to 3rd shift
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and meet ITAR compliance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Military background is highly valued (but not required)
Mileage reimbursement is provided at $0.70 per mile (untaxed), with a daily cap of 100 miles.
