We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about football and ready to take our Fantasy and Draft experiences to the next level.
Position Summary
As the Senior Product Manager, Fantasy & Draft Tools, you will own the roadmap, performance, and evolution of PFF's Fantasy and Draft product experiences. You'll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and data science to build intuitive, scalable, and engaging tools that help our users dominate their fantasy leagues and draft like pros.
You will lead initiatives that directly impact the fan experience—ranging from draft simulators and rankings to real-time assistant tools and projections—across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
🧭 Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the product strategy for Fantasy and Draft tools aligned to PFF's growth and engagement goals
- Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitive offerings to identify high-impact opportunities
- Prioritize a roadmap that balances user needs, innovation, and business value
🚀 Execution & Delivery
- Define clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics
- Lead cross-functional teams through planning, development, QA, and launch cycles
- Monitor performance and iterate on product features to improve engagement and retention
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the Data and R&D teams to integrate projections, rankings, and betting intelligence into fan tools
- Work closely with Design to build intuitive and accessible user experiences
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer teams on go-to-market plans, messaging, and support
🔍 Fan & Market Insight
- Conduct interviews, usability tests, and surveys to understand core fantasy user segments
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as retention, tool usage, and conversion
- Stay current with fantasy sports trends, draft formats, and fan engagement best practices
Requirements
🧠 Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of product management experience in digital products, ideally in sports, gaming, or fantasy domains
- Proven track record of shipping customer-facing tools or features that drive engagement
- Strong product discovery skills with experience in user research, prototyping, and validation
- Analytical and data-driven—able to interpret user behavior and product performance to inform decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams

- Deep understanding of fantasy football, draft mechanics, and the fan lifecycle
- Familiarity with sports APIs, data feeds, or projection systems
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and agile methodologies
