As a Field Marketing Manager at Hammerspace, you'll be creating and executing field marketing programs in collaboration with our channel partners and alliances. Reporting to the VP of Partner Marketing, you'll work hand-in-hand with sales, channel sales, and business development to fuel growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
·Design and execute field marketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads and accelerate pipeline in partnership with channel and alliance partners.
·Plan and manage regional events, roadshows, and partner-focused activities to maximize brand awareness and engagement.
Collaborate closely with the sales, channel sales, and business development teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and ensure seamless execution.
·Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution) to optimize future campaigns and showcase ROI.
·Develop joint marketing initiatives that deliver mutual value with our sales team and key partners.
·Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategy and messaging.
Qualifications & Requirements
·5+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in B2B technology and partner/channel-focused environments.
·Proven track record of designing and executing successful lead generation and pipeline growth programs.
·Experience managing regional events and roadshows with attention to detail and creativity.
·Strong collaboration skills with a history of working closely with sales, channel sales, and business development teams.
·Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
·Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot).
·Knowledge of data orchestration, storage, and/or AI technologies.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation will be determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional/education experience, skills/abilities, internal equity, and budgetary considerations. In addition, Hammerspace offers a broad range of health plans for medical, dental, vision, life and disability. We also offer 401k plans and flexible time off.
