The Opportunity:
PureSpectrum is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our client services team. In this role, you will be responsible to work on client data deliverables which includes preparing and processing data of online market research surveys, responsible for validating data using Quantum or SPSS software and delivery of cross-tabulations using Quantum, MarketSight or any other data processing tools.
You should be comfortable breaking down and solving complex problems. You should be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner; this includes being comfortable engaging with clients, project managers and other key stakeholders to build consensus, communicate project status, findings, and escalations on a regular basis.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and researchers to understand survey requirements and objectives.
- Design, program, and test market research surveys using survey programming tools.
- Develop customized survey scripts, including skip logic, piping, and other advanced functionalities.
- Ensure surveys are mobile-responsive and optimized for a seamless respondent experience.
- Conduct quality checks to validate survey data and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Manage multiple surveys simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams during the surveying process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest survey programming trends and best practices.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior survey programmers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor"s degree in Computer Science, Market Research, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in survey programming or a similar role in the market research industry.
- Proficiency in survey programming tools such as Confirmit, Decipher, or Qualtrics.
- Strong understanding of survey design principles and market research methodologies.
- Experience with programming complex survey logic and functionalities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
