We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented
Industrial Painter to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Jacksonville, TX. This full-time position plays a key role in producing high-quality finished products through proper surface preparation, undercoating, and topcoat application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply undercoats and topcoats using air-powered paint sprayers
- Measure, mix, and apply paint according to proper paint ratios
- Experience with automotive body fillers, such as Bondo.
- Ensure consistent quality and finish with attention to detail and precision
- Clean and maintain painting equipment
- Follow OSHA safety standards, including PPE usage
- Operate forklifts as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing painting experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of paint application techniques and mixing procedures
- Familiarity with OSHA requirements and safe work practices
- Ability to operate paint sprayers and forklifts safely and effectively
- Self-motivated, reliable, and open to learning
- Team player with strong communication skills
- High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
