Our Sales Associate/Stylist plays a key role in bringing the Karma and Luck experience to life. As a valued member of our team, you'll create exceptional, high-touch shopping experiences that reflect our brand's spirit—genuine, enthusiastic, and deeply intentional.
You'll be responsible for engaging customers through meaningful interactions, sharing product knowledge, and showcasing the art of layering jewelry with purpose and style. Your passion for people and intuitive sense of style will help bring our brand to life in-store.

✨ Your Karma & Luck Mission:
- Customer Experience
- As a Sales Associate/Stylist at Karma and Luck, you'll create a warm, welcoming, and personalized shopping environment by actively engaging with each customer.
- You'll greet visitors genuinely, take the time to understand their needs, and offer thoughtful styling suggestions that reflect their individual intent and aesthetic.
- You'll conduct product demonstrations to highlight key features and build meaningful connections, ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression of the brand.
- Sales
- You'll help drive store performance by staying informed on current promotions, product offerings, and brand stories—using that knowledge to inspire customers, recommend meaningful combinations, and increase average transaction value through upselling and cross-selling.
- Your ability to connect authentically and confidently guide purchasing decisions will directly support the achievement of daily and monthly sales goals.
- Operations
- In addition to customer-facing responsibilities, you'll help keep the store running smoothly behind the scenes. This includes maintaining merchandising standards, restocking inventory, and organizing displays to ensure a polished and cohesive in-store experience.
- You'll process transactions accurately through the Point of Sale (POS) system, handle both cash and credit card payments, and apply basic math skills for retail calculations.
- Your attention to detail and reliability in store operations are essential to our overall success.
- Performance & Goal Achievement
- You'll be expected to consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, business awareness, and a customer-first mindset.
- This role requires ownership, strategic thinking, and initiative. From planning your week and managing your time effectively, to using your support resources wisely and staying ahead of client needs, your contributions will help drive both personal and store-wide results.
✨ What You Bring to the Table
- 3+ years of experience in jewelry retail sales (preferred)
- 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts—including days, nights, weekends, and holidays—based on business needs
- A genuine interest in growing with the company and building a long-term career
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with astrology, crystals, and their healing properties is a strong asset
