The Opportunity
We're hiring a Marketing Manager (Growth & Digital Performance) to build, execute, and lead the marketing engine at Occidental Roofing.
This isn't a coordinator role. This is a builder's role—ideal for a high-agency operator who has a proven track record of driving measurable marketing results and is ready to own pipeline generation, digital performance, and revenue impact from day one.
You'll be an army of one—running SEO, SEM, paid media, CRM, content, analytics, automation, and AI-driven marketing operations. You'll own outcomes across inbound marketing, lead generation, and performance optimization.
You'll work directly with the CEO, with a clear path to scale into a leadership role as your role evolves and the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Execution
- Build, execute, and continuously optimize SEO and SEM campaigns to generate qualified inbound leads.
- Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media to drive measurable ROI.
- Deliver improvements in ROAS, CPL, CPA, CAC, and lead quality metrics through data-driven optimization.
- Marketing Tech & AI-Enabled Marketing
- Implement and manage marketing technology and automation tools (CRM, analytics, email marketing, workflow automation).
- Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, campaign optimization, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track marketing attribution, funnel performance, and KPIs.
- Content & Social Media
- Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with SEO and funnel strategy.
- Create and repurpose content from internal teams (photos, videos, project stories) to support brand and lead gen.
- Manage social media posting and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube, and other platforms.
- Marketing Strategy & Growth Hacking
- Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy to drive revenue goals and brand awareness.
- Design and run growth experiments across digital channels to discover scalable acquisition tactics.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights, iterating campaigns for continuous improvement.
- Set and hit monthly KPIs for traffic, leads, CPL, ROAS, rankings, and conversion rates.
Qualifications
Required
- 4–6 years of digital marketing experience across SEO, SEM, paid media, and performance marketing.
- Proven track record of driving measurable results, including improved ROAS, reduced CPL/CAC, increased traffic, higher rankings, and lead generation.
- Direct experience running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO campaigns end-to-end, with quantifiable success metrics.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Ads Manager, CRM platforms.
- Hands-on experience implementing marketing automation and AI tools into workflow.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into revenue-driving actions.
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, execute, and report outcomes without micromanagement.
Preferred
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience in roofing, construction, or home services marketing.
- Familiarity with video editing tools for social content.
- Bilingual (Spanish a plus).
