Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Type: Contract - Consultant
Location: Alpharetta. GA (Hybrid)
Start Date: ASAP
Position Summary:
As a Senior Talent Manager, you'll lead full-cycle hiring across early career, high-volume, and executive-level pipelines — both internally and with our external partners. You"ll be responsible for designing talent strategies that scale, improving systems, and acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across multiple organizations. From internships to boardroom placements, your role will directly impact how we find, engage, and elevate top talent.

Key Competencies & Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruiting Expertise
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for a diverse slate of roles, from early-career talent and internships to senior executives and specialized placements
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and business partners across internal teams and external client brands
Operational Excellence
- Build, scale, and streamline recruiting operations, processes, and playbooks to ensure consistent, high-quality hiring experiences
- Track performance, improve metrics, and deliver recruiting insights to leadership and partners
Workforce Planning & Pipeline Development
- Design workforce planning strategies that anticipate talent needs and drive long-term pipeline development
- Bring a talent lens to every conversation — identifying gaps, proposing new roles, and creating solutions before they're asked for
Sourcing & Systems Fluency
- Source, assess, and close top talent using platforms like Rippling, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other CRM/ATS tools
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support broader HR functions including onboarding, policy development, talent insights, and compliance
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in both staffing and corporate recruiting environments
- Proven experience with both corporate and staffing recruitment settings, bringing a dual lens to hiring strategy
- Demonstrated success managing high-volume hiring as well as executive search and early-career pipelines
- Proven ability to build and scale recruiting infrastructure from scratch in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments
- Strong working knowledge of Rippling, Google Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter (Slate, Checkr or similar tools are a plus)
- Familiarity with HR generalist functions and cross-functional collaboration across People, Talent Operations
- Confident leading conversations with multiple hiring managers, translating business needs into proactive recruiting strategy
- Consultative, resourceful, and passionate about inclusive hiring and relationship-first recruiting

Salary
$50 - $70 per hour (1099 - Consultant)
