The Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of landscaping projects within public spaces, ensuring that all landscaping maintenance work is performed to high standards and in accordance with government regulations. This role includes supervising a team of landscapers, planning and scheduling maintenance work, and ensuring that all safety and environmental guidelines are followed. The Crew Leader will also be involved in hands-on work in the field, providing expert care to public gardens, parks, and other green spaces.
